In response to the EPSRC call for Statement of Need for National Research Facilities, The National Epitaxy Facility organised online events to capture future epitaxy requirements in the UK.

In response to this call from EPSRC, The National Epitaxy Facility will be organising a Statement of Need (SoN) submission for future epitaxy requirements in the UK.

The National Epitaxy Facility take the difficult decision to cancel this year's UK Semiconductors conference due to Covid-19 restrictions.
