We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Administrator to join our dynamic research team at the University of Sheffield, and provide wide-ranging support to our growing Facility.

We were delighted to host the UK Semiconductors 2022 conference in Sheffield on 6-7 July, which has attracted over 250 delegates and exhibitors.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Research Associate in Metal-Organic Vapour Phase Epitaxy to lead world-class research and development of MOVPE of As, P, Sb based III-V semiconductors.

The Facility attended the 2022 Westminster Showcase together with select UK semiconductors leaders to discuss the industrial strategy with MPs and civil servants.

Following a community statement-of-need in 2019 and a competitive bid to EPSRC, the National Epitaxy Facility has been funded for a further five years from the 1st of July 2022.
