We are delighted to announce that the National Epitaxy Facility has been awarded almost £500,000 for core equipment by the EPSRC.

The Materials for Quantum Network (M4QN) launch event took place in Manchester on the 16th - 17th January and was a great success!

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Research Associate in Metal-Organic Vapour Phase Epitaxy to lead world-class research and development of MOVPE of As, P, Sb based III-V semiconductors.

The Facility attended the 2022 Westminster Showcase together with select UK semiconductors leaders to discuss the industrial strategy with MPs and civil servants.
