The video from UK Semiconductors 2024 is now available!

Our team have attended and given talks at various conferences this summer, including in America, China, Japan and Italy, promoting new research and developments achieved at the Facility.

We are seeking investment in a new state-of-the-art MBE Cluster System to continue to provide high-quality epitaxial wafers and present novel growth capabilities, allowing for new research directions.

We are referenced in the report for our 'great strength in the area of GaAs and InP compound semiconductors', heterogeneous integration technologies and transfer printing.

The annual UK Semiconductors Conference took place last week on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th July, organised by the National Epitaxy Facility.
