EDI Pilot Study to Increase Diversity of Semiconductor Researchers

We have partnered with REWIRE-IKC, CHIMES-IKC and The Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Hub for a Sustainable Future to launch a new opportunity to help drive meaningful change in the UK semiconductor sector.

Together, we (the ‘Semiconductor Partners’) are seeking an additional expert organisation to act as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Partner for a pilot study.

This project will investigate the current barriers to increasing diversity within the technical workforce and help shape targeted, evidence-based interventions for a more inclusive and sustainable talent pipeline.

The selected EDI Partner will work collaboratively with the Semiconductor Partners, drawing on sector expertise and access to a broad and diverse cohort of professionals, including individuals from groups currently underrepresented in the sector.
