We are pleased to announce the UK Semiconductors conference will be held on the 12th and 13th July 2023 at Sheffield Hallam University.

We have 6 funded PhD studentships available for the Autumn 2023 intake. If you are interested, please attend our Open Day on Wednesday 29th March 2023 for prospective PhD students.

We were delighted to host the UK Semiconductors 2022 conference in Sheffield on 6-7 July, which has attracted over 250 delegates and exhibitors.

The Facility attended the 2022 Westminster Showcase together with select UK semiconductors leaders to discuss the industrial strategy with MPs and civil servants.

Invitation to contribute to the National Epitaxy Facility's submission to the inquiry on the strength and weaknesses of the semiconductor industry in the UK.

Summary of the roundtable discussion and slides from the event, held on 9th February 2022. Half day forum follow up at UK Semiconductors conference is planned in July 2022 - topics invited.
