We are holding at PhD Open Day on Wednesday 8th May at the University of Sheffield

The visit coincided with the meeting of the National Semiconductor Advisory Board in Sheffield.

The National Epitaxy Facility's Director, Professor Jon Heffernan, attended the Innovate UK Global Expert Mission (GEM) in Semiconductors in the Republic of Korea.

A research article has been published on MOVPE-grown telecom quantum dots developed at the National Epitaxy Facility.
