Pump Priming Call Open!
We are pleased to announce that the next call for the National Epitaxy Facility Pump Priming is now open, with a deadline of Monday 4th September 2023.
Successful applications from our last call in April have been accepted and the work is now underway!
The scheme is available to researchers to help develop funding proposals and support collaborative work in Group III-V and Group IV semiconductor research. It provides a limited number of wafers to researchers free of charge and without the need for a current EPSRC grant.
Previous Pump Priming projects have included Ultrafast multi-active region Quantum Dot lasers, Droplet epitaxy for quantum emitters and GeSn for photodetector applications.
