Programme for Online Event: Creating an innovation pipeline for Compound Semiconductor Technologies in the UK.
Compound semiconductor (CS) technologies are set to play an even more important role in the shape of our future world. UK government policy is to make the UK a global technology leader and to ensure that future economic prosperity in the UK is derived from advanced technology, advanced manufacturing and innovation with global impact.
In this one-day meeting we aim to map out the significant resources available to the compound semiconductor research and development community in the UK and raise visibility of the infrastructure, mechanisms and support available to create a world-class innovation pipeline; taking new research findings from the lab to manufacturing and commercialisation.
The online programme will comprise an introductory overview, presentations from leading organisations in the UK involved in the innovation supply chain and will also include a forum for the community to identify needs and opportunities in a Q&A format.
