Paul Blomfield, MP for Sheffield Central, explores our state-of-the-art Facility
Paul Blomfield, who is the MP for Sheffield Central, discussed the National Epitaxy Facility and our wide ranging ‘state-of-the-art’ semiconductor facility when he visited the University of Sheffield in February 2018 to talk with academics and PHD students in the Low Dimensional Structures and Devices (LDSD) research group. He was especially interested to hear more about our specialist world-class capabilities and the cutting edge epitaxy service offered at Sheffield and at our partner institutions (Cambridge and UCL).
